Terms of Service WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? As of right now, no refunds or credits for missed classes. Please be sure the studio class can be worked into your schedule appropriately. CANCEL DUE TO ILLNESS If you need to miss a studio class due to schedule or illness, please consider gifting your spot to a friend or family member. WORKSHOPS No refunds or credits for missed classes. WHAT IS YOUR SICK CHILD POLICY? A child must be fever free for a full 24 hrs., diarrhea & vomit free for at least 72 hrs., and wait a full 5 days (after the cessation of symptoms) if there’s been a diagnosis of the flu, as the flu can still be transmitted 5-10 days after symptoms subside. If your child has the sneezes, an excessive cough, or a constantly running nose – please keep them home to rest and recover. Children must remain home if they exhibit any of the following: hand foot mouth, molluscum, herpes simplex outbreak, ringworm, lice, and any other transmittable rash/condition. WHAT IS YOUR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY? Blondebrush Studios will follow City of Jasper's lead for classes are held in a City of Jasper building. If Jasper Art's Building closes or delays we will cancel classes. You will be notified via email. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? First off, thanks for purchasing our products! In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
